- Modified Contact for 2011 and older (No Open Ice Hits)
- No border boundaries or player release restrictions. Players can play where they choose, incentivizing our clubs to provide top-tier development and coaching.
- 28 game NCAA style season with mostly weekend games and showcases
- Multiple tournaments
- End of season championship tournament based on regular season seeding
- Top-tier players may be called up to a WHA Elite team

- U16 (2009, 2008 and up to 4 late birthday 2007s)
- Varsity (2007, 2006 and up to 4 late birthday 2005s)
- VARSITY PLAYERS MUST BE REGISTERED IN A SCHOOL PROGRAM FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME. STUDENTS MUST BE SECONDARY OR CEGEP (QUEBEC PROGRAM).
- 2005- ALL 2005 PLAYERS WILL BE ASKED FOR PROOF OF SECONDARY OR CEGEP SCHOOLING.
- 2005- IN ONTARIO 2005 IS NOT PERMITTED TO PLAY AS THESE ARE UNIVERSITY OR COLLEGE STUDENTS. THEY SHOULD BE PLAYING JUNIOR OR UNIVERSITY/COLLEGE.
