Below are age groups of players by division for the 2024-2025 season.
NAPHL Divisions:
Varsity
2007- unlimited.
2006- unlimited, but must be a registered high school student (full or part-time).
2005- *Not permitted* - In Ontario 2005 Is not permitted to play as these are University or College students. They should be playing Junior or University/College.
U16
2008- unlimited.
2009- unlimited.
2007- late birthdays Oct 1- Dec 31. 4 players max. Not a ringer/game changer every game or the player will be asked to play up Varsity or the player will be ineligible to play.
U14
2010- unlimited.
2011- unlimited.
2009- late birthdays Oct 1- Dec 31. 4 players max. Not a ringer/game changer every game or the player will be asked to play up U16 or the player will be ineligible to play.

40+ games targeted, including showcases and tournaments
